NEW CONTEMPORARY HOUSE IN HOWTH, CO.DUBLIN BY FERGUS FLANAGAN ARCHITECTS.

When designing this new house in Howth we considered three main items. 1. Maximising the View, Maximising the Sunlight, Maximising Privacy.

The essence of giving a client what they want is good communication! We use the latest BIM technology which allows us to demonstrate proposals to our clients using interactive 3D models, computer generated images and videos. We can even do this remotely using Virtual Meeting software if necessary. In this way we let the client in, we involve them, we take on their ideas and then bring them to a higher level. For extensions and renovation projects, we offer clients the opportunity to have a Design Session with Fergus Flanagan in their home, right at the start of their project so that we can give advice and design ideas for their project.
